Payment Authorization

Currency

All prices on AthletiXPhysio are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Your product total, shipping charges, selected shipping upgrades, and applicable taxes are presented at checkout before you finalize payment.

If your card or payment account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate, currency conversion fee, or foreign transaction charge. These charges are determined by your provider and are outside our control.

Taxes and Charges

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination, where required.

Shipping charges and optional shipping upgrades are displayed separately before payment. Please review the full order total before completing your purchase.

Fraud Prevention

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. If the transaction was only authorized, the authorization will be canceled or allowed to expire according to the payment provider’s procedures.

Your bank or payment provider determines when a refund appears or an authorization hold is released.

Failed or Declined Payments

An unsuccessful payment may prevent your order from being completed or processed.

Possible causes include insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, issuer restrictions, security checks, or technical problems.

Please verify your checkout details and contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for information about a declined transaction. Our support team can help confirm whether an order was successfully placed.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are sent to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Under our Return and Refund Policy, approved return refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the funds have not appeared, please contact us.
