Our Commitment

AthletiXPhysio, operated by FUTUREWAVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, does not sell personal information for monetary payment.

We disclose information to providers that help us operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, answer customer inquiries, maintain website functionality, and support analytics or marketing where permitted.

These providers may include Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, technical providers, and analytics or advertising services.

Certain advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, even when no money is exchanged. In particular, sharing can include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising, which involves advertising based on activity across different businesses’ websites or services.

Disclosures to service providers for permitted operational purposes do not automatically constitute a sale or sharing.

Your Right to Opt Out

Where applicable, you may direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

Upon receiving an applicable request, we will:

  • Stop the disclosures covered by your sale or sharing opt-out.

  • Apply the preference to information associated with your request as required by law.

  • Notify relevant recipients where legally required.

  • Complete the request as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt.

Opting out does not prevent us from using or disclosing information for permitted purposes such as processing your order, arranging delivery, preventing fraud, or meeting legal obligations.

Please provide the email address associated with your interaction with AthletiXPhysio, where relevant, and enough information to identify the data to which your request relates.

You do not need to create an account, make a purchase, or provide government-issued identification to opt out. The suggested subject line is optional; any clear opt-out request will be reviewed.

You may also use a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as described below.

Verification Process

Sale or sharing opt-out requests do not require identity verification. We may ask only for information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records and apply your preference.

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. Where permitted, we may request proof of your signed permission authorizing the agent to act on your behalf.

Other privacy requests, such as requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, may require identity verification under applicable law. Those procedures are explained in our Privacy Policy and applicable California privacy notice.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the store, measure performance, remember preferences, and support advertising.

Where advertising technologies disclose information in ways covered by California sale or sharing rules, your applicable opt-out preference will restrict those disclosures.

Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of selling or sharing personal information. The signal applies to the browser or device sending it and, where we can associate it with a known account, to that account as required by law.

You can also adjust your browser’s cookie settings. However, blocking cookies alone may not stop every form of sale or sharing. Disabling essential cookies may affect checkout or other website functions.

If you use another browser or device, you may need to enable your privacy signal or set your preferences there as well. Marketing email preferences are separate from sale or sharing opt-outs.

Non-Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Because you submit an applicable privacy request, we will not unlawfully:

  • Deny you products or services

  • Charge different prices or rates

  • Provide a different level or quality of service

  • Threaten penalties or retaliate against you
